Well, there were unexpected administrative delays and logistical hurdles during the Summer and Fall months. The city rezoned the business districts. I had new paperwork and a new location for the business. I engaged in several back-and-forths with the design team for my cover art. I also took time to poll many friends and family about gloss vs matte cover finishes as well as bright white vs natural paper. Throw in holidays and just today I submitted what I hope will be the final round of changes to the cover art and manuscript.
